A: Great question. We are not realtors, and instead, will actually be buying your land. We are professional land buyers who buy land that meets our purchasing criteria.
A: We want to buy your land. A wholesaler typically works as a middle man. They get your property under contract and then turn around and sell it ASAP to another investor while collecting their fee in the process. We don’t do that…we want to buy your land directly.

A: That’s a great question. There certainly are many landowners out there that work to sell their own land. However, selling land can be a difficult and long process. It’s hard to value, it’s hard to market, and there are typically far fewer buyers than for a standard house. Many buyers tend to come from niche backgrounds and we are tapped into those networks. We focus on buying and selling land so we have the pathways to sell the land once we purchase. However, it took us years to perfect these marketing techniques and build these networks. A: We conduct all the title research on our own at our own expense on each property. With our experience working with complicated titles, we can usually find a solution, as each title will be slightly different. If there are issues with the title, we will work with you to find solutions to the problem.
